PGD3016

PGD3016 is designed based on PGD1650, with larger worktable and strokes of X & Y axis. It is used for drilling any kind of steel plate like, splice plate, flanges, etc...

The operator can load workpiece from one side of the worktable while the gantry moved to another side, and unload the finished workpiece as well.

Computer based control system can read Tekla drawings and Autocad drawings directly without mass manually inputting.

Drilling of splice plates in pile within Max. thickness 80mm, ensures higher productivity. There are optional drilling spindles--H.S.S. Drilling Spindle and Carbide Drilling Spindle can be equipped with the machine.

As option, the feeding system can be equipped with either hydraulic model or servo motor model which is used for drilling blind-holes according to required depth of holes.

Auto Chips-Removal device fixed on the machine provides easy chip disposal.
